Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Grill or pan-sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the pork is fully cooked.
Remove from heat and drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
