Orange Pork Loin

This delicious Orange Pork Loin is the perfect dish to impress your guests with its flavor and presentation.


Ingredients:

- 1 kg pork loin

- 1 cup of orange juice

- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1/4 cup of honey

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Olive oil


Addresses:

1. Start by seasoning the pork loin with a generous amount of salt and pepper. That will make every bite bursting with flavour.

2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic and grated ginger. This marinade is what will give you that citrusy, sweet touch that we love so much.

3. Dip the tenderloin in this magic mixture and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. But, if you have time, leave it all night! It's going to be even more delicious.

4. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) so it's ready to cook.

5. Place the tenderloin in a baking tray and pour the marinade on top. Don't worry, this will keep it juicy and full of flavour.

6. Bake for 1 hour. Remember to bathe the tenderloin with marinade every 15 minutes to keep it tender and delicious.

7. Once it's cooked, let it sit for a few minutes. Then cut it and enjoy!
