Panko-Crusted Fish with Lemon Dill Sauce

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with a refreshing lemon dill sauce—this Panko-Crusted Fish is a quick and delicious meal perfect for any night of the week!
Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (like cod, tilapia, or haddock)
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon Dill Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Fish: Dip each fillet in the beaten eggs, then press into the panko mixture to coat.
Cook the Fish: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each fillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
Serve: Drizzle the lemon dill sauce over the fish and garnish with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
