Ingredients:


- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 4 scallions, chopped (white and green parts separated)

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- Cooked rice, for serving


Directions:


In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and white parts of the scallions, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Remove from heat and garnish with the green parts of the scallions. Serve hot over cooked rice for a delicious meal that’s bursting with flavor!
