Ingredients
8 oz wide rice noodles
1 lb ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cornstarch (optional, mixed with 2 tbsp water)
2 green onions, chopped
Directions
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. If needed, add cornstarch slurry for a thicker sauce.
Toss in cooked noodles, ensuring they’re coated evenly in the sauce. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Enjoy your spicy noodle masterpiece!
