Patate Arrosto

Ingredients:
• Potatoes: 2 lbs (1 kg), peeled and cubed
• Olive oil: 3 tbsp (45 ml)
• Fresh rosemary: 2 tbsp (10 g), chopped
• Garlic: 4 cloves, smashed
• Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the potatoes: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Boil the potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and let them dry.
2. Season the potatoes: Toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
3. Roast: Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve: Plate the potatoes, sprinkle with extra rosemary if desired, and enjoy hot.
